This page gives you an overview of our Friends & Family programme and how it works. The programme has been designed so that you and your friends both get rewarded for spreading the word about Dynamo Mortgages Limited.

  1. What is the Dynamo Mortgages Limited Friends & Family programme?
    1. Dynamo Mortgages Limited is offering customers the ability to refer their friends, family and acquaintances to the service.
    2. Countrywide mortgage and protection consultants are exempt from the Dynamo Mortgages Limited Friends & Family programme. 
  2. What is the reward and how is it delivered?
    1. For each customer referred by you who completes a mortgage through Dynamo Mortgages Limited you will be entitled to a cash reward. The friend, family member or acquaintance who completes a mortgage with Dynamo Mortgages Limited will also be entitled to a cash reward. The rewards will be delivered by bank transfer.
    2. The amounts of these rewards are as stated on the referral form where you entered the referees email address. 
    3. Dynamo Mortgages Limited  will track everyone who clicks and signs up to the Friends & Family programme. Once the customer has completed their mortgage  we will send you and your friend, family member or acquaintance a message by email letting you and them know how to claim the cash reward.
    4. Dynamo Mortgages Limited has the right to change the value and structure of these rewards at any time.
    5. The Dynamo Mortgages Limited Friends & Family programme is unlimited, so if you refer 10 friends, family members or acquaintances and they go on to successfully complete a mortgage after applying through Dynamo Mortgages Limited, you will receive 10 separate cash rewards.
    6. Each individual can only be referred once. The first person to refer any individual will receive the cash reward when they complete a mortgage with Dynamo Mortgages Limited. 
    7. Rewards will be paid by bank transfer up to 30 days after Dynamo Mortgages Limited has received bank details and after the mortgage has completed. 
    8. Where applicable, rewards will be paid to the primary applicant of the mortgage.
  3. Prohibited uses
    1. You may only use our Friends & Family programme in good faith for lawful purposes. You may not:
      1. create more than one account in order to refer yourself;
      2. invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
      3. use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts;
      4. refer an existing customer of Dynamo Mortgages Limited;
      5. use the Friends & Family programme in:
        1. any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or
        2. any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
      6. transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
      7. otherwise attempt to circumvent this agreement or the Friends & Family programme.
  4. Data protection
    1. At no point do you gain access to any personal data or information about their mortgage application and vice versa.
    2. Dynamo Mortgages Limited will not discuss any aspect of a referred person's application with you at any point or their relationship with Dynamo Mortgages Limited. You have no right to, and will not receive, updates on your referred person's application due to privacy and data protection laws and controls.

  5. Abuse of the referral terms
    1. By referring friends and family to Dynamo Mortgages Limited you confirm that they have shared consent with you to be part of this process. 
    2. Dynamo Mortgages Limited has the right to refuse to pay you the referral reward if, at its sole and absolute discretion it suspects that you have not used the Friends & Family programme in good faith or have breached any of the terms of this agreement.
    3. Dynamo Mortgages Limited will determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this agreement. When a breach of this agreement has occurred, Dynamo Mortgages
    4. When a breach of this agreement has occurred, Dynamo Mortgages Limited may take such action as it deems appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this agreement, and suspending use of the Friends & Family programme.
  6. Limitation of liability
    1. Dynamo Mortgages Limited accepts no liability for any use of the Friends & Family programme which does not comply with the terms of this agreement.
    2. It may revise this agreement at any time by amending this page and it may or may not alert you to any changes made. Continued use of the Friends & Family programme shall amount to acceptance of the agreement in force at that time.
  7. Dynamo Mortgages Limited reserves the right to:
    1. Terminate the Friends & Family programme at any time, without notice.
    2. In the event the Friends & Family programme is terminated, Dynamo Mortgages Limited will not be obliged to credit any accounts that would have otherwise qualified for a referral reward.
  8. Applicable law
    1. This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
    2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
